The first one I received didn't work. I sent in a quiry received a reply and got postage to send it back UPS. I did and within days the replacement came. It works fine. I like the controls on it. It has a lot of options and quick cooks. It's the right size for my apartment too since it's 900 volts it's doesn't overload the circuits.

Has all the features needed & then some.Easy &simple to operate.It replaces a 900 watt Emerson that died after 4 years & alot of use.If this one lasts that long I'll be very happy.It could use a timer but no big deal.Nice looking & a lot of features for the money.

We bought the microwave at Target three years ago. It just died a few days ago. I guess it did okay as a cheap microwave. It wasn't very user friendly, since you have to push a few buttons before you can enter a custom cook time. I didn't really use defrost or anything.

The other reviewer is incorrect about the microwave's (in)ability for specific cooking time input. All you have to do is hit the Power Level button first, then the numbers will allow you to input any time you want, 8 seconds or 45 seconds or whatever.
